A pioneering study led by our founding team in association with the Retailers Association of India (RAI). The study added significant value to the retailers in India in benchmarking themselves against the other players.

The study also covered the maturity assessment of the participating players on processes, people and technology using an assessment too which had graded practices. This helped in cross-pollinating the ideas which benefited the industry immensely.

The participants of the study included leading brands like Croma, Max, Madura Garments, Pantaloons, Easy Day, Relaxo, Lifestyle, Lacoste, Reliance Fresh, Celio, etc.
